SeaGate Homes buys house lots in Palm Coast

SeaGate Homes, Flagler County's largest homebuilder, recently announced its acquisition of 51 lots for new homes from Masterpiece Homes. The lots, which average 80 feet by 125 feet in size, are scattered throughout Palm Coast, according to a press release issued by SeaGate. The company said it will build new home s on the lots that will range in size from 1,350 square feet to 3,786 square feet. Package prices for a home and lot will start in the $130,000s, the press release states. The press release did not disclose how much SeaGate paid Masterpiece Homes for the lots.
