SeaGate Homes’ new offer gives something back to those who serve their community

Palm Coast– What you give really is what you get, or at least it should be as far as SeaGate Homes is concerned.


Based on that philosophy, SeaGate - Flagler County’s largest homebuilder- is giving $5,000 worth of new home options to those who earn a living by serving their community.

For example, if you work in the fields of education, health and medical services, civil service or the military, SeaGate is allowing you to choose the additional options or upgrades – at no cost – on any home they build for you, according to Michael Sawdai, vice president of operations.

"We’re offering the Florida Heroes program as a way of thanking people who serve our community everyday in so many ways," he said. "It’s also an effort to help more families, often first-time homeowners, move into a new home."

Others in the industry, like Antonio Amaral Jr., president of the Flagler Home Builders Association, applaud SeaGate’s efforts.

Amaral described the program as "very innovative" and commends them [SeaGate] for going out and recognizing people who need homes and letting them know that they’re here for them and that they are going to give them something back.

SeaGate Homes builds homes with prices starting at $99,900 on your lot and also offers homes from the $140-$400’s in their planned communities throughout Volusia, Flagler and St. Johns counties.

In addition to their "On Your Lot or Ours" program, the company currently is building at Fountain Lake in Daytona Beach, Edgewater Lakes in Edgewater, RiverGate, Grand Haven and Grand Landings in Palm Coast, and Ravenswood Forest in St. Augustine.

To register for the offer, which is in addition to any other SeaGate promotion, prospective home buyers must register directly with a SeaGate new home consultant at one of our model centers and let us know you found us through the Florida Heroes Program, Sawdai said.
