Palm Coast, Fla. --- SeaGate Homes, one of the fastest growing homebuilders in the U.S., has announced the grand re-opening of their Bryce model, located at 2 Emerson Drive in Palm Coast. The model had been closed to the public for refurbishing.
“With the opening of our new 2500 square foot Design Studio earlier this year, we have been able to expand many of the interior selections available to our customers.” Deborah Fisher, director of marketing for SeaGate Homes said. “As a result, SeaGate buyers have a greater selection of interior appointments such as flooring, lighting, cabinetry, appliances, and plumbing fixtures from which to choose. We wanted The Bryce model to reflect some of the exciting new possibilities available to our customers.”
The Bryce has a new look that better reflects today’s design trends and the many choices available to SeaGate buyers. A variety of the latest home appointments are showcased in the home, including three different types of countertop materials as well as cabinet finishes and styles to show buyers that they can create interest by using multiple textures and products while keeping their new home affordable.
The Bryce is from SeaGate’s Traditional Collection of homes, one of two collections that the company builds throughout Palm Coast. Homes in The Traditional Collection range in size from 1,209 to over 2,600 square feet of living space with home pricing starting from the $130’s.
The Bryce is also available in Fountain Lake, Oakview Estates, and EdgeWater Lakes, three of SeaGate’s new home communities in Volusia County. Depending on the location, pricing for The Bryce with home site in Volusia County starts from the low $200’s.
