While we strive to build a defect-free home, we are realistic enough to know that, with repeated use, an item in the home may fail to perform as it should. If you feel that any of the warranted items in your SeaGate home requires service, the Homeowner Maintenance Guide also provides details about the criteria we will use to evaluate concerns and explains our warranty commitment and the corrective action we will take in many common situations.
