New Quartz Countertops Available

SeaGate Homes is proud to announce we now offer Marble Today Quartz at the same upgrade levels and prices as our granite options.

We have 3 new options at Level 2: Solarite, Celestial  Sand and Artic Snow.

We have additional Marble Today Quartz options at levels 4, 5 and 6 including: New Carrera, Platinum, New Calcutta, Silver River, New Golden Beach, Altair, Astra, Angelica and Nova.  Come see our new options during our weekly browse hours, every Tuesday from 3-5 pm.

Sandbag Locations

The city of Palm Coast has opened  self-service sand station and sandbags are available during daylight hours at

  • Palm Coast Public Works Yard, 1 Wellfield Grade, off U.S. 1 just north of Palm Coast Parkway, Palm Coast

In addition, empty sandbags (but no sand) are available during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at:

  • Palm Coast City Hall, 160 Lake Ave., Palm Coast
  • Palm Coast Utility Department, 2 Utility Drive, Palm Coast

Then, those empty sandbags can be filled at these three additional self-service sand stations:

  • Holland Park, 18 Florida Park Drive, Palm Coast
  • Indian Trails Sports Complex, 5455 Belle Terre Parkway., Palm Coast
  • Seminole Woods Neighborhood Park, 350 Sesame Blvd., Palm Coast

St. Johns County residents can get bags and sand, with a limit of 20 bags per person from 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. every day


  • Windswept Acres Park: 5335 SR A1A South
  • Mills Field: 1805 Racetrack Rd., in the overflow parking area
  • North Beach Park: 3721 Coastal Highway (at the walkover)
  • Town of Hastings Town Hall: 6195 S. Main St., behind the building
  • Palm Valley: Under the Palm Valley Bridge on the east side of the Intracoastal Waterway
  • Sims Pit: 536 S. Holmes Blvd.
