An Important Message - Our Response to COVID-19

October 17, 2020 Update: SeaGate Homes continues to practice social distancing as per local and federal guidelines. Our model homes are open daily and appointments are no longer necessary. Our Design Stuido is open by appointment only. Please contact a New Home Sales Consultant for more details. 

July 27th, 2020 Update: Face Masks are encouraged while visiting our model centers. Disposal masks are provided at our model homes and in our Design Studio. Please social distance while inside. 

May 1st, 2020 Update: No changes to our policies enacted on March 26th, 2020. 

SeaGate Homes is committed to the safety of our customers and team members. While there is much more to learn about the coronavirus (COVID-19), we realize there are measures we can take to help to minimize its impact. 

Effective March 26^th, 2020 our model homes, sales offices and Design Studio will be open by appointment only. Those wishing to make an appointment with one of our team members will be screened and all meetings will be limited to two people per meeting.

Should you choose to make an appointment to visit any of our model homes/information centers/Design Studio, please know that we are taking precautionary measures to help keep our facilities free of germs. We have increased the frequency of thorough cleanings and are disinfecting surfaces multiples times per day. As an extra precaution we have implemented a no handshake / no physical-contact policy to help with the unnecessary spread of germs. Employees not feeling well will be required to stay home. 

While we navigate through this together, please remember that, while unconventional, we are able to assist you through the homebuying process with limited to no face-to-face interaction. Technology will allow us to facilitate document signing through an e-signature platform, share videos or photos via text messaging or email and communicate via phone, online or mobile. We may be able to complete your Design Studio selections via phone or video conference, depending on your access to such technologies. 

Buying a home is one of the smartest decisions you can make and now is the time to take advantage of historically low interest rates. We have a wide variety of move-in ready homes available and encourage you to continue exploring our website to learn more. Our Online Sales Consultant can assist you through your initial discovery phase and then connect you with one of our New Home Sales Consultants to navigate through the homebuying process.
