A new Best of the Best Contest emerged in 2020. It takes the place of both previous awards and combines them with a nomination round and then a final run-off. SeaGate Homes has come out on top 4 times -2021, 2022, 2023 & 2025

Best of the Best 2017-2019

Starting in 2017, the News-Journal started a runoff competition between the winners from Flagler County, Daytona and West Volusia. SeaGate Homes was voted the best of the best all three years!

SeaGate Homes has consistently ranked among the nation’s top builders, first appearing on Builder’s Magazine’s list at #200 in 2017 and holding that spot in 2018, then climbing to #155 in 2019, #142 in 2020, #174 in 2021, #173 in 2022, and making a leap to #132 in 2023. We’ve also been honored by Pro Builder magazine as one of the Top 200 U.S. Home Builders for three consecutive years — debuting at #200 in 2023, rising to #120 in 2024, and proudly holding #155 in 2025. While these rankings reflect housing revenue, for us each home represents something far more important — a dream realized, a milestone achieved, and a family’s future taking shape.

Builder Achievement Awards - Zero Structural Warranty Claims

The Builder Achievement Awards Program from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is a special program designed to acknowledge outstanding performance in the home-building industry. In 2018, 2019, and 2020, SeaGate Homes won the Premier Builder Award, and in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 SeaGate achieved top honors, receiving the Platinum Builder Award.

Flagler County Parade of Homes

SeaGate Homes has participated in the Flagler County Parade of Homes on numerous occasions and has amassed several awards including the Grand Award, Award of Excellence, and Realtor's Choice.
