I bought my home after it was built. I found the layout, quality, and workmanship to be very good. The process of purchasing my home was very smooth. SeaGate Homes walked me through the contract and explained everything thoroughly. My closing went very smooth and I was given all the signed paperwork and warranty information upon closing.
