Introducing...The Augusta

In February, we asked you to help us name our newest home design. This month, we are proud to introduce the newly created Augusta home design to our lineup.

The Augusta was created in response to customer feedback requesting more practical living space and storage solutions. Specifically, customers were looking for less formal living areas and additional space in the garage to allow for storage of keepsakes, tools & equipment without having to compromise on parking. Our drafting team took your feedback and created the Augusta.

This split floor plan offers a private master suite with two walk-in closets, a large walk-in shower and dual sink vanities. The beautiful kitchen features a spacious pantry and flush island countertop that overlooks the vast great room which connects seamlessly to the separate cafe and dining room as well the covered lanai. The Augusta also boasts the standard features SeaGate has built its brand on – arched entryways, granite countertops, tile flooring, vaulted-ceiling and of course, is backed by an industry-exclusive 15-year structural warranty.
