SeaGate Homes Named to the Top 10 Fast-Growing Firms List

We are proud to announce that we have not only made the 2020 Builder Magazine list of the top builders in the United States, but we have also moved up another  13 spots. Each year Builder Magazine publishes a list of the top 200 builders in the United States ranked by closings. SeaGate Homes entered the list at #200 in 2017 and held that position in 2018. In addition to this honor, SeaGate Homes was also named to the Top 10 Fastest-Growing Firms in The Next 100 showing 61.1% growth. Builder Magazine uses data from the current and previous Builder 100 and Next 100 lists to determine the fastest-growing public and private firms in the country.
