SeaGate Homes is proud to introduce a new collection of home designs, The Signature Series. Consisting of 12 distinct home designs, the Signature Series includes more of the standard features and design elements important to today’s homebuyer.

Signature Series kitchens boast 42" Kraftmaid ® cabinets with soft close doors and drawers, LED undercabinet lighting, decorative light rail, and increased depth and staggered cabinets over the range. You can also select up to level II granite or quartz countertops for no additional charge at our expansive Design Studio.

All bathrooms in the Signature Series feature Kraftmaid ® cabinets, level II countertops, and upgraded Moen ® faucets and accessories. The owner’s bath includes undermount sinks and floor-to-ceiling tiled shower walls accented with a decorative listel.

The Signature Series interior feature options are rounded out by level II tile flooring in select areas, level III carpet, 5 ¼" ogee baseboards, a designer lighting package from Progress Lighting ®, 10' first floor ceilings, 8’ square top 2 panel doors, coffered ceilings in the great room, recess ceilings in dining rooms and owner’s suites, and a choice of flat wall paint.

Exteriors features of the Signature Series include architectural stucco banding, quoins, keystones, and decorative corbels (plan specific), an 8' insulated fiberglass door with full clear-glass lite (plan specific), and a choice of professionally designed landscaping packages which include floritam sod and a 5-zone irrigation system with auto controller and rain sensor gauges.

All Signature Series designs can be personalized with structural options such as sitting rooms, gourmet kitchens, expanded outdoor living areas, and deluxe owner’s bathroom configurations. As always, you will have the opportunity to personalize your home further at our award-winning design studio featuring the latest trends in flooring, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and so much more.
