Yes, We Are Open!

Now is a great time to buy a new home.  Lenders are still lending and there are a ton of great incentives and rates for new home buyers. We want to assure you that we are still here to help you build your dream home.

Our Model Centers are open daily by appointment and we are taking every precaution to ensure your safety. We have increased the frequency of our cleanings in the model; all visitors are screened prior to entering and provided with masks and gloves for their visit; only two visitors are allowed in at one time; and all "paperwork" can be done electronically.  

Our team can also meet with you virtually or give you a personalized home tour through any number of meeting applications on your phone or computer (such as FaceTime, Zoom or Facebook Messenger). We have floor plan walk-thru videos available for our most popular floor plans (https://www.seagatehomes.com/video-gallery/floor-plan-walk-thrus) and we are producing walk-thru videos for all of our completed Quick Move-In Homes as well (https://www.seagatehomes.com/video-gallery/quick-move-in-home-walk-thrus).

Our Design Studio is also open by appointment to help you select all the finishes in your home. Much like the visits to our model, visitors are screened and provided protective gear upon their visit. In addition to this, only our staff touches our samples and everything is cleaned between visitors. Our Designers can also accommodate phone or virtual consultations and all paperwork can be completed electronically.  At this time, we are limiting the number of visitors to design consultations to those listed on the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
