About This Plan

Storage space is critical, right? We think so too and that is why we have designed the Pierce II. Featuring multiple closets, a designated storage area off the laundry, and sizeable closets in all bedrooms, the Pierce is an ideal plan for those who like to save, collect, and hold on to valuable memories. Although we designed the plan with storage space in mind, we didn’t compromise on other design elements. Each guest room has its own entrance hall with shared access to the second bath. The open main living area allows for flexibility of furniture placement so you can design the space that works for you. The owner's suite is tucked away in the back of the house for maximum privacy and the secluded fourth room can easily be used as a home office, hobby room, or relaxing retreat. The possibilities are endless with the Pierce II.
